If you do not know, I love tea time. The ladies in the picture looks like they are ready to sit down at a lovely table and enjoy tea and brunch.

Please take a moment and share one of your favorite things with me.
I love soup so I am going to share one of my favorite  recipes.

Have you had Avocado Soup? This soup is different because it is served cold. If you have time to try it out share your feedback.

Things You Need:
2 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  •  1 scotch or boabs bonnet pepper
  •  1 clove garlic, crushed
  •  1 tomato - peeled, seeded and diced

  • Combine all ingredients until smooth. Use blender or food processor and puree.
    Chill the soup for at least one hour.
