It is important to stay focus on your food for the challenge. We do not have a set diet; however, there are some tips you need to keep in mind.

It is important to plan your meals ahead of time.
Realize that when you decide to lose weight then the Enemy is going to use others to distract.

Keep a food journal. Get serious with your food intake.

Here are some things you can do to lose 16 pounds fast:

1.) Pray and let the Lord know how you are feeling.

2) Avoid foods that cause water retention, like salt. Cut back on salt and you’ll begin to shed weight.

3) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day to keep your body’s digestive process working.

4) Add foods that use more energy to digest, including meat, chicken, salmon, asparagus, cheese, carrots, squash and green beans.

5) Drink water throughout the day as this helps boost your metabolism.

6) Exercise to build muscle, because muscle increases your metabolism naturally.

Re-take your measurements about every week or two and if you aren’t seeing results, adjust your weight loss plan accordingly.

Ladies do not forget to move for 30 minutes today.
