Monday: Christian Fitness Check In

Sisters in Christ, Come on in and grab a cup of tea. Let's talk about ..Checking in with Christian Fitness. I believe that summer is almost over. Our six weeks is almost up to lose our 16 pounds in 6 weeks. I hope everything is going well and you haven't given up.

After you talk to the Lord and pray, please take a moment and record your current weight and stretch and warm up.

Mondays can be one of those days when you don't feel like doing anything. I want to encourage you to work out with this video for 4 minutes. Don't worry if you can't make it through the video I just want to encourage you to evaluate your health and especially your weight.

Your body is a temple of the Lord and many pastors get scared bringing up weight and health issues; however, if you believe the word of the Lord then you know health and wellness is important to the Lord. Followers of Christian should not allow laziness to distract them from moving into their destiny.

The Lord is a healer. You have to pray to him about your food addiction and lack of motivation.
HE will break those yoke so you can be successful. Sick and unhealthy saints are limited on what they can do to help the kingdom. The Lord can use healthy saints to do things that will make a difference.
