Let's talk about ... Upscale An Old T-Shirt.
I love being creative and I've been trying to find some upscale fashion. Upscale is all about using what you already have in a new way. Recycle or up cycle your own clothes. I think that is a great way to be a steward of God's money, lol.
I think you can come up with ways to make this look modest and inexpensive. I would add straps and
wear a sweater of scarf.
