Be Uniquely Used By the Lord

It such a blessing to know that I am just right in the eyes of the Lord. Many can remember being able to wear whatever they wanted to as a young child. Some grew up with the freedom to wear rain shoes and their church dress. I didn't have such luxury but do you remember a time a time when you were free to be YOU?

I don't know what happens as we grow older and into adulthood but at some point in life. You run across people who don't find you as wonderful as mom did. The first time you realize that only mom thinks your jokes are funny and you have a pretty smile. It is a real shock when you realize your hair isn't really that cute. The world can be so cruel. The world can make us feel we don't belong. The world can make us question our gifts and talents.

It is so wonderful to know that the Lord created every ounce of you, just the way you are. If no one else accepts you, its good to know that the Lord loves you hair, weight, and height.

The Lord is looking for a willing vessel. All we have to do is be obedient to him. You don't need to wait until you try to change yourself or get yourself together.The Lord has already given you all he needs. He made you before you were form in your mothers womb. You have all the knowledge and experience he needs to get his will done.

Just trust him today and don't compare yourself to others. The Lord has faith in you that he can use you to fulfill his will.

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things. Philippians 4:8
