No, then why don't you believe that your dreams are even possible to achieve?
Imagine, our Heavenly Father was able to create the earth, the Holy Spirit is able to comfort you, and Jesus performed and continues to perform several miracle. Why do Christians not trust the Lord with their dreams?
The word say I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Doesn't all things include your dreams and desire?
Why are you not achieving your goals? What are you doing to block the Lord's blessing?
