Weight Loss Monday, lol



Sisters, come on in and grab a cup of tea and lets talk about ...WEIGHT LOSS MONDAY.

Well, I just got an email asking me what happen to my weight lost. Who in the world thought about asking me that? I was looking for a profound biblical question but the concern is if I am still fat?  Yeah, Thanks for your concern, lol.

To be honest, I have put so many other things in front of my weight loss. That is so terrible. I have changed that. My health is more important. I am too important to me so I going to get myself together.

Thanks for the email because I realize that I made my first weight loss post in January and even though I have been exercising on and off I haven't reported my progress.

Weight Goal: 30 Pounds Lighter. Went to the doctor and he said I am too fat. You guys know that too much weight is bad for ones health.

I want to increase my vegetable and water intake. I eat vegetables with every meal but I need to expand my menu with new recipes and products.

What you are doing to reach your goals/how your week has been/ any setbacks, etc?!
1. Exercise in Social Setting- Trying to Incorporate Fitness in My Social Setting/Circle

My girlfriends and I have commited 10 minutes of exercise everytime before we get together. On Verizon FIOS there is a 10 minute walking video by Christian Fitness Instructor, Leslie Sansone (http://www.walkathome.com ).

My friends and I tend to eat when we get together. You know change is hard, a few friends got upset about exercising. Even a few complained all the way through the program but we did it. At the end of the program everyone was laughing and having fun. We have been friends since high school so I think we all just did not realize how out of shape we have gotten over the years.

2. My Weight Loss Accountability Partner is Missing.
I told you I got this Weight Loss Accountability Partner at one of the Women's Retreat I went to but we are suspose to be in contact with one another every month for a year. I haven't heard from my partner. I am feeling bad that she has already given up on me. Its time to seek some online weight loss friends. Please send me links of some cool sites.
3. Get back into running. That is one of my goals.
I always read  http://www.runwifeyrun.com this blog motivates me but I haven't showed you guys a before or after picture yet. I haven't gotten that bold, lol.
