I was excited that my family enjoyed my "lite" dessert treat after Sunday dinner. I decide to make a mini cake dessert. Its a mini angel cake and they are topped with strawberries and blue berries and whipped cream. I am not sure of the calories but everyone enjoyed having their owning mini treat.

Oh goodness.. desserts at my home consist of something store bought. Every now and again I will break out my baking pans and bake brownies or cookies. But I need to make those delectable goodies more often.
